A ghostly attack may be manifested many ways in a weak person, such as being frightful, disoriented, weak; having feelings of negativity, thoughts of depression, thoughts of suicide or even ghost possession. Not all of these symptoms are indicative of negative ghosts being present, but have been noted as signs of negative ghostly presence from those who are vulnerable. Sexually perverse ghosts called incubus or succubus have also been experienced by some.
Hypnogogia or The Sleeping State which is the Experience Sometimes during the period of falling asleep (the hypnagogic or hypnogogic state), strange experiences called hypnogogia have been reported. A hypnogogic sensation can be a dream-like experience, seeming quite real. Sometimes during these strange
sensations, people have experienced a visitor or visitors which are usually described as a malevolent presence; while being overcome with sleep paralysis, whereby the person is left unable to move and frightened. Many times people will also feel a pressure or weight on their chest or back, with a sensation of not being able to breathe and impending doom. This fear could be caused from the experience itself, thus being panic-induced. People have reported hearing footsteps, voices and other noises as well as seeing lights, shadows and people moving about the room. A floating sensation and/or vibration similar to what happens in an out-of-body experience may also occur. Many have reported alien
abduction, extra-sensory perception, telepathy, prophetic visions and apparitions during hypnagogia.
Incubus Succubus - What are they?
During the hypnogogic state, but not limited to it, some have reported being harassed or even sexually abused. Ghosts of people, who have sexual addictions and remain earthbound, have been reported to make continued attempts to feed their addictions. A male ghost of this type is called an incubus; while a female ghost of this nature is known as a succubus. Mythology has long reported
the existence of succubus and incubus ghosts (succubi and incubi), but has typically described them as "demons," not disembodied humans. Medieval legends exist of female succubus demons tempting monks to have sexual relations, or that succubi attempt to lie on women in order to spawn more demons, etc. Most of these mythological interpretations seemed to have been created during medieval times and have evolved since to other modern day interpretations.
It has long been reported that various addictions will cause a person to become a ghost, due to the person preferring to remain earthbound upon death of the physical body, to continue in the preferred lust. Psychics have reported alcoholic ghosts hanging around bars and other places to experience the high through another person drinking in the establishment. The ghost may try and
"attach" to the person or possess the body if possible. Thus, ghost possession (spirit possession) is quite real and does not take place from what many deem as "demons." During the possession, the co-inhabiting ghost will seek to become dominant over the host's body. Witnesses have seen a striking personality change, along with changes in behavior unfamiliar to the victim's friends and
relatives.
Sexuality perverseness of all kinds is only one type of the many addictions a ghost may attempt to seek out through another person. The ghost of a sexually addicted person may seek to "touch" or somehow experience sex with those in physical bodies. It does not have to be during sleep, before sleep, or even through possession. Some people have reported being touched inappropriately at all times of the day. A ghost that is out to harm others must not be left to do so, and needs to be dealt with as soon as possible. This may require a good psychic to help the ghost in moving toward the light and healing.
