Anyone can attend, as long as there are still openings. You do not have to be a registered student to sign up.

Do yall have an investigation location for the UL Nov. 7,8,&9 class? I'm also considering the 201 class if schedule allows. What would be the location for the 201 investigation?

The investigation site for the regular101 class is still in the planning. However the location for the 201 will be at the Gothic Jail in Deridder.

I'm glad I signed up for the 201 class as I missed the Gothic Jail last time around. Should be fun.

I think that it will be much better this go around at the Gothic Jail. For the 101 class, there was too many people to really get the feel for it - not to mention the acoustics of the jail. All evps had to be discarded due to the sound of everyone talking throughout the building. At one point, we were in the tunnel underground and heard people talking all the way on the 3rd floor. So I really think it will go better this time, with less people involved. Look forward to seeing you there!

Hello first post here. Do you have any plans for courses up in the northern part of La and in December. I will not be home until mid December and would like to attend one for training as I am new to the field. Thank you.

McNeese is coming up this weekend. The investigation site chosen for that class is really going to be cool. I am sure the class will love it - especially since they will be broken up into 2 shifts, making the groups smaller for the investigation. Good Luck Guys!

Just finished with the UL Class and everything went great! We got some really great evidence out of the Investigation at the Doran - Lutz Home in Westlake. The class really enjoyed it. Much thanks to Elissa for helping out with the investigation last night and the evidence review today! The class really appreciated that we broke it up into 2 investigative shifts - making it more like a real investigation.
