I had requested to be a member about three years ago but I was told that there were no vacancies at the time.
I was active duty Air Force for four years where I worked with computer networking systems, so I could definitely work with tech equipment. I was in the seminary for five years in pursuit of the priesthood but eventually left, feeling it wasn't for me. Also, I work at a local Catholic Church as the Bookkeeper/H.R. Manager.
I'm currently married, working in Broussard, finishing a Professional Writing degree in the Spring and I plan to get a Master's in Public Relations.
You may know a friend of mine that I've known for years, Ben Langlinais, who heads a local Ghost Busters group.
Anyway, I don't know how demanding it is but I've always been fascinated with ghosts. I've had various paranormal experiences and plan on submitting a fiction book on ghosts for publication. I've also attended several ghost tours and have been in several haunted houses.
I've seen just about every ghost hunting show that I've had access to and have bought books on real ghost stories since I was a kid. I'd love to be active in ghost hunting although it depends on the wordload.
Thanks!

I am forwarding your info to the case manager for this area, and thanks for the interest both in paranormal research as well as La. Spirits.

Oh, and I forgot to mention; my job in the Air Force was network troubleshooting or "fault isolation", which I feel is a good skill to have in ghost hunting.

"Fault isolation" is a good skill in ANY type of analysis, as well as life in general. Human nature often causes us to look in the wrong direction(s) as a matter of due course.
