Okay this one is called Hauntings & Poltergeists: How to Investigate the Paranormal by Loyd Auerbach.
This guy is Professor Paranormal himself and is pretty cool, anything written by him is a must read. He's based out of San Francisco, CA and is one of the premier Paranormal Investigators on the west coast.
This book breaks everything down into pretty simple components and is a great help when it comes to understanding the difference between Poltergeist activity and Psyco Kenises or PK.
I really reccomend this one to any investigator traversing into the realm of investigating private homes as this is where you are more likely to encounter this type of activity.
