You can read this topic here: chanhkien-pa.blogspot.com/2010/10/ghost-never-exist.htmlGHOST NEVER EXIST In the topic “All Human Have Been Tricked”. I explained that no ghost existed in the real world. They exist in the imaginative world which was created by each one’s aggregate of imagination. If someone tell me that they saw a ghost which flying or to do something scared him or her. I will believe them, because I knew they had seen the ghost by their eyes, heard a ghost’s voice by their ears, or the ghost chased them everywhere in the house to the back yard and so on. Those people are not liars. I believed that they told the real story. But I understood that the imaginative consciousness of those people had worked and created image of ghost, voice of ghost, etc. When the imaginative consciousness worked, it has an imaginative eyes, imaginative ears, imaginative nose, imaginative tongue. So those people could see the image of ghost by their eyes, heard the voice of ghost by their ears. By that time, no one else saw the ghost except those people, because the real ghost never existed, the ghost exists with the people who have the imaginative consciousness operated. If we know those people who saw the ghost, we just explain them that their imaginative consciousness operated. In order to return to normal life, just live a normal life, do exercise by walking in the park more than half and hours, to do something by their hands such as painting the house, repair a car or to do something they like. Do not sit in the room alone, that person need to live outside in the social environment. Gradually, that phenomena will disappear, that person will return to normal consciousness, the imaginative consciousness will weak and disappear. Whenever that phenomena returns, using the Auto-self suggestion method to remind the mind that, “those images of ghost are imagination, not real, go away”. Just confidently believe the ghost is not real, does not exist, it will go away and disappear. Notice that, normal person lives with a normal consciousness, when one slept, there are no normal consciousness, then the imaginative consciousness operates to make a dream. With who had seen a ghost, two consciousness (normal and imaginative) operated at the same time. Our goal is to help those people to return to normal life, eliminating the imaginative consciousness. Good luck

Very informative. This is similar to the lecture I hear from Parapsychologist Loyd Auerbach.

Yes, interesting viewpoint on a topic which receives so much debate. And healthy debate is what which ultimately fosters answers.

For me, there is NO debate about the Paranormal, my Digital Recorder doesnt have an Imagination, or consciousness, it doesnt discriminate, and it doesnt lie, That EVP I got the other night in MY bedroom telling me to "Die" isnt my imagination, since its on recorder, and I live a house by myself...

Ive always known that I didnt live alone, with as many people that have died in this country over the hundreds of years, nobody is alone in their home. I know that everywhere I go, whether it be on my Motorcycle, on my Bicycle, even into the Bathroom, I know someones there. When Im having sex with some fine lady, Im aware there are Ghosts/Spirits who are watching...
When I said I live "alone" in this house, I was referring to being the only Living person here in the house.

I know we have a house guest, too. We get pretty constant reminders. Difference between "living alone" and "residing alone".

MY reminders at night are someone bumping my bed lightly, or I see shadow people in my semi dark room.

I'm cold natured. On cold nights, my guest pulls the comforter off, and stacks it in the corner across the room, so I won't think it accidentally fell off. It wants the proper credit for its actions.

Had that happen several years back at the Lake house near Natchitoches, it was Christmas week, got up to go to the bathroom, came back, laid down, I remember the clock said 1am, my brother was across the room in another bed, nobody else in the house, suddenly, I felt someone pushing down on the mattress around my feet, I didnt move, didnt acknowledge it, the covers started coming off me, then I said, "Hey, its cold out, dont pull the covers".. I set up in bed, then heard/felt this cold rush of air that seemed to blow thru me, my brother said he heard the air rush by him and go into the kitchen area, he asked me what WTF was that, I could only say, "I dont think it was the ghost of Christmas".. My Dad before he passed away last year said he had been having some ghost problems in the House, being woke up late hours by someone walking around.

@ Phimanh... If two seperate individuals experience the same phenomena at the same time how do you explain that? If phenomena is captured via video/audio, how is that explainable? Are the people who view the phenomena through the audio/video using an imaginative conciousness to create what already exists? Ignoring a being whether in this state or an altered state will not make them cease to exist. That just puts the "ignorer" in a state of denial, does it not?

rachaelIf denying the existense of the paranormal helps that person to get rid of the presence in their home is it a bad thing? I get where you're coming from with the "evidence" of EVP's, video, etc, but I think most people just want to be left alone and feel comfortable in their homes. If denial gets them to a happier place in their own home then so be it. Are we using our subconcious to imprint voices onto digital media? It's an interesting concept to think about and we're far away from having a clear answer on anything paranormal. I've had some experiences in my life that have made me a believer, but what if my wife and I are wrong? What if our collective subconscious created paranormal activity in our home? This is why I'm so attracted to the paranormal, it's a wide open field and we as humans will be trying to get to the bottom of it for years to come.

Paranormal is fascinating, and I believe that aspect of "wanting to know", is what attracts many investigators and researchers, even though, after thousands of years, there are no Ultimate Truths. Patterns, modes, probabilities, recurring events, happen. So, why? That's the Holy Grail. Why? How? W/O seeking, no answers will be found, except possibly by blind luck, total accident.
As far as the subconscious mind imprinting tape, it's one theory, and can't be ruled out. Even if EVP should ultimately be proven (?) to be a spirit voice, could we argue that imprinting is impossible, and never happens? The are many causes of similar events. Could be w/ EVP, also. I feel the same w/ saying 100% of all EVP is imprint. Many, over the years, contain data unknown, even in the subconscious, of the EVP gatherer. We might argue that someone knew the Hidden Info, and telepathically sent it to the person gathering the EVP, etc, and ad nauseum. Pretty soon, the explanations get far too complicated, and statistically improbable.
I still go back to the position that asking is the best way to get an answer: research, compiling, analysis, correlation.
As far as denial, what's total acceptance? Neither has a science basis, and each individual has choices for his/her own life, and these will change over the years. The status quo, positive or negative, is blind acceptance. If that's all a person wants or needs, so be it. Personally. I don't think that any people (city, society, culture) can exist by total acceptance of a status quo. Some where, some when, somebody will become dissatisfied, and actually create a new Original Sin, called Making A Decision. Then change will occur. There goes the status quo, and before you know it, along comes the burden of progress, and, heaven forbid, New Knowledge.

I dont believe, what sounded like a female child in the Cockerham cemetery up in Northern Winn Parish saying to me on my recorder, "Hi Brian", was my Subconscious.

It's messages of this type that, in gereral, cast doubt on the theory that 100% of all EVP originates in the subconscious mind of the person gathering the EVP. Of course, there are the familiar counter-arguments. The person gathering the EVP may be a strong believer, at least in the possibility or probability, that EVP is from the a discarnate spirit. Therefore, to protect the ego, and the conscious mind, the subconscious alters the signal to be recorded, to sound different from the gatherer's voice, to prevent guilt or sense of failure if the voice did sound like the EVP gatherer's voice, and thus proving the voice originated from within, as opposed to from a discarnate spirit. The mind can go to great lengths to protect itself, including temporary or permanent blocking of access to information gathered in a traumatic incident. The witness "saw it", but remembers nothing. This type of event, say witnessing a death, is far more traumatic then EVP gathering. But the parallels are often drawn in an effort to deny the existance of EVP, or explain it away. The explanations are often so convoluted, as to be even more incredible that the event it purports to deny. I admit that not all explanations ARE, in fact, simple and straight forward, but we haven't thrown Occum's Razor in the trash can yet.

Isn't science fun? ;D Brian, I've heard a woman's voice in my room as clear as day. It sounded like she was leaning over me when I heard the voice. The best part is my wife heard it also and denied saying anything, and a quick check outside of my residence came up empty. We're not saying all EVP's or all disembodied voices are created by your subconcious, we're saying it's a possibility that some instances may be caused by a powerful overactive imagination. I'm a believer in the paranormal, but I'm also a thinker who's interested in the truth no matter what that truth may be. If I'm proven to be wrong about the paranormal I'd except the truth in a heartbeat just because I'm more interested in the truth than what makes me happy. I'm not attacking your opinion, just throwing out another point. Debate is healthy and it keeps us thinking which is important to our society.

No No, I dont take anything as an attack Toby, because it doesnt really matter, I know what I get on EVP'S, but I will say this, if my Subconcious can alter my Digital recorder, and the EVP I get on it, then I want to figure out how I can use that to my advantage in other ways. Im a 100% believer in the Paranormal as well. I have laid in bed, been woke up by someone saying my name aloud, I see it this way, if it didnt happen, then I wouldnt have woke up. But I understand what your saying about the subconcious mind
I dont buy the Subconcious excuse when concerning a digital recorder, that device doesnt lie, and your mind just doesnt have the ability to alter whats been recorded on it. If I go to a Cemetery, and get an EVP, then its real, and there is NO other explanation for the EVP.

I hear you man, point well taken. I'm in no way doubting EVP's and how useful they are in understanding the paranormal, it's just interesting to me to think about other reasons those voices may be printed onto digital media. Think of the possibilities if we ever discover how powerful the human mind really is . . . I never tried getting EVP's in my own home when we were having regular activity. I'm not sure I really wanted to hear what I may have picked up, plus my wife wouldn't allow me to play with our guest! I'm much more afraid of the angry wife than I am of some lost spirit, that's for sure!
