Serial Killers

I was watching this documentary the other night about what factors contribute to creating a serial killer. They mentioned how some sort of head trauma is a factor in many cases. They featured serial killers like Ed Gein, Gacy, BTK, but completely failed to mention so many big ones like the Green River Killer, The Serpent, Dahmer, and Manson?

Anyone see this?

I haven't seen that documentary but I did see an ad for a movie about the green river killer. He was supposed to have mainly killed prostitutes?
